Biennale of Sydney Online Shop | Terms & Conditions
The below Terms and Conditions apply to theuse of the Biennale of Sydney’s online shop located at shop.biennaleofsydney.com.au.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing fulfilment and shipment delays. And are unable to provide estimate delivery times.
Parcels within Australia are sent either by Sendle or Australia Post registered postal services, and you will receive a tracking number via email. All international post is sent via airmail.
Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived after 30 working days from the date of purchase: email@example.com
Please ensure that you provide your current shipping address. The Biennale will not be responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses, or any items returned to the Biennale due to incorrect mailing instructions or failure to pick up your delivery. If such instances occur, additional shipping costs must be paid before the items are dispatched again.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Sendle will send you an email notification with instructions to book fora redelivery within 5 days, while Australia Post will leave a notification card at your delivery address advising you of the nearest Australia Post Centre to pick up your parcel within 10 business days, before it gets returned to us.
Please note, we do not have any control over your package once it is with Sendle or Australia Post.
Taxes and duties
All prices on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD $) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
As of 24 April 2020, our shipping method is quantity-based. This means that the shipping price is based on the total number of items in the order. Domestic shipping rates start at $15 for 1 item, and increase $5 for every additional item purchased. For example:
1 item = $15
2 items = $20
3 items = $25
4 items = $30
As of 19 May 2020, international orders are processed directly online by the customer.
We are unable to ship multiple publications internationally. ForInternational orders of more than one publication, please create a separate new transaction.
Zone 1 (New Zealand) = $17.72 per item
Zone 2 (Asia Pacific) = $30 per item
Zone 3 (UK and Europe) = $30 per item
Zone 4 (USA, Canada and Middle East) = $30 per item
Zone 5 (Rest of the world) = $40 per item
Please choose your items carefully. The Biennale does not accept returns or refunds unless you have received a faulty or in correct item.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact the Biennale of Sydney immediately and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Items will not be accepted for exchange or refund after 30 days of the items being received by the customer.
After you have received written confirmation of the return, mail the goods back to the address provided in the confirmation email.
We always do our best to package products appropriately to avoid any damages, however if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 working days from receipt date at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then require the product to be returned via post in order for you to receive a replacement. Return postage costs for all damaged items will be reimbursed. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a full refund.
If items are lost during shipment, we will dispatch a replacement (depending on the availability of the item) after the maximum delivery time expires.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been shipped.
We do not accept change-of-mind refunds.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Biennale of Sydney reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in the future for any reason, and without notice, without liability to customers or any other user or third party.
