The below Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Biennale of Sydney’s online shop located atshop.biennaleofsydney.com.au.
PLEASE NOTE: we are currently experiencing some delays in the processing and shipment of online orders. We will let you know if there are any significant delays. If you have any immediate concerns, please contact us: email@example.com
Please ensure that you provide your current shipping address. The Biennale will not be responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses, or any items returned to the Biennale due to incorrect mailing instructions or failure to pick up your delivery. If such instances occur, additional shipping costs must be paid before the items are dispatched again.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or the package is over-sized, Australia Post will leave anotification card at your delivery address advising you of the nearest Australia Post Centre to pick upyour parcel. Please check the Australia Post website for collection times.
Please note, we do not have any control over your package once it is with Australia Post.
All prices on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD $) and are inclusive of Goods andServices Tax (GST).
Shipping rates are $15 (GST inc.) for every delivery within Australia.
For international deliveries, please contact the Biennale at firstname.lastname@example.org and we willsupply you with a shipping rate.
The Biennale of Sydney will ship your items within 3 days of receiving your order (excluding publicholidays).
Parcels sent within Australia generally take 3-5 business days to arrive. These parcels are sent using registered post, and you will receive a tracking number.
If your parcel has not arrived within 7-10 working days, please contact us.
All international post is sent air mail and normally takes 1-3 weeks (please allow extra time during peak holiday periods).
Taxes and duties
Please choose your items carefully. The Biennale does not accept returns or refunds unless you havereceived a faulty or incorrect item.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact the Biennale of Sydney immediately and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Items will not be accepted for exchange or refund after 30 days of the items being received by the customer.
After you have received written confirmation of the return, mail the goods back to the address provided in the confirmation email.
We always do our best to package products appropriately to avoid any damages, however if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 working days from receipt date at email@example.com. We will then require the product to be returned via post in order for you to receive a replacement. Return postage costs for all damaged items will be reimbursed. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a full refund.
If items are lost during shipment, we will dispatch a replacement (depending on the availability of theitem) after the maximum delivery time expires.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been shipped.
We do not accept change-of-mind refunds.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Biennale of Sydney reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in the future for any reason, and without notice, without liability to customers or any other user or third party.
